• I have recently installed Jetpack for a client. This is my first time using Jetpack, so I’m not sure if I’m missing a feature, or if this is a bug, but if it’s a feature, I cannot find a way to change it.

    My client updated several of her posts for SEO purposes, and the site sent emails to every subscriber for each post she updated. She would like to only send posts when creating new posts, not on updates. How do I fix this?

    That’s definitely not a feature, and shouldn’t be happening. We build Subscriptions to only send subscription emails once, when the post is first published.

    Could you walk me through the steps your client follows to update their posts, so I can try to reproduce the issue on my end? If they use a plugin to somehow bulk-edit, or make specific changes to their posts, could you let me know which one?
