• For some reason, when I enter a URL to our ticket provider, it pops up as a small popup – and does not show the theatre seats (allowing the patron to select the seat(s) they want). This previously worked great, but something has changed unexpectedly and it no longer works. When I use the URL entered as the ticket provider, it works fine in a webpage by itself, but as the popup, it won’t show the theatre seats which means patrons can’t purchase tickets. Any help would be appreciated.

    Steps:
    1. Go to https://www.fhplayhouse.com
    2. Select an upcoming show on the right under “Upcoming Productions”
    3. Select “Tickets”
    4. A small popup appears (crazy small in my opinion)
    5. Scroll down and click “Get Tickets”
    6. Under “Tickets” on the left, it is supposed to show a layout of the theatre with seats for patrons to pick (you can’t proceed with buying tickets unless you pick a seat)

(Note: If you go to https://eventgrid.com/Events/21145/beverly-hillbillies/Dates/25150#tickets which is the same link for the tickets link in this plugin, it works fine. For some reason it works fine as a stand alone webpage, but not in this popup, although it did work previously)

Hi! Sorry for the late reply.

I just went through the steps that you described and evenrything seemed to work fine.
Do you still see the problem? If so, what browser and operating system are you using?
