Woot Theme Blog Comments Missing

Hi,

I have created a Woot Child Theme in my wordpress ecommerce site. Everything was working correctly but recently my comment section on my blog disappeared.

*I had the current version of WordPress installed.
*I re-installed the current WP version for good measure (4.6).
*I deleted and reinstalled Storefront and Woot themes.
*I turned off all of my plugins.
*I have checked my CSS to make sure the comments don’t show “display:none”.
*All of my plugins are up to date.

When I turn on the Storefront theme, with all plugins turned off, comments show up on my blog. When I switch to the Woot theme, with all plugins turned off, the comments disappear. The comments aren’t showing up on the Woot theme so the problem happens at that point before I install my child theme or my plugins.

Also, recently, my hosting site moved my site to a new server. I am not sure if this was the same time that the comments disappeared or not so can’t say whether or not this is the culprit.

I am at a loss as to what to do next. Is there anyone out there that can offer me some guidance?
