Drag & drop reordering 2

I have the same problem.

the drag function of images is only active in one gallery, on a total of 4 present. In the other I can not change the order of images.
I tried to edit the wp-config.php file as described but the problem persists.

wordpress 4.6
maxgalleria 5.0.8
