[Plugin: Newsletter subscription optin module] broken extend page and broken svn

Hello,
one month ago i gor ok and running my plugin page at https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/newsletter-subscription-double-optin
one day this page disappeared from extend and some days later a new page appeared named:
https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/newsletter-subscription-double-optin-1/
but with this new page the newsletter plugin download link is broken (is no more related with my SVN account i think)
is it possible to revert everything back as it was before?
