E mail translation ultimate member

I am also having problems with this.
I’ve already translated the e-mail templates, however they are still being sent in english.
please advise.

you can translate template email found in wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/templates/email

Same problem with translated Email text…
I translated the email form to german, but the email′s send are still english.
Need to be updated!

You can tranlate all template email found in wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/templates/email.
But the best, it’s to have a child-theme because these files will be replaced when you will update ultimate member.

The best way it’s to create a child-theme/ultimate-member/templates/email folder and copy all the template from wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/templates/email.
You can now translate it safely in the child-theme.

Hi Michel,
what an effort!
The email-text′s are translated! Why should I translate the text′s in the “settings / email” section and save it, when it′s not sent, but the non-translated english version sent?
The “email” section IS to replace the original english text with other language versions. All other changes in the settings which changed working fine. Only this important field are stored in the fields, but are NOT sent! Most of my user are older and cannot (or don′t want) read english language.

Same here… replicated file in the child theme but no way… ??

Same problem here, emails translated at ULTIMATE MEMBER >> CONFIG >> EMAILS into spanish and they are all being sended in ENGLISH. Please, we need help with this, we have all the plugin in our language (spanish) and our users are getting ungry because the emails they are receiving are in english.

Please, someone from plugin support that can this situation to all of us?
