Problem associating sells with costumers

    Hello, when I import the CSV file, the orders are not associated with the costumer.

    Hello! When someone logs into your website and buy one product through WC you can open that order and you will see “Customer:” and right below the username of the costumer, the user_id, and her email.

    In my case, after I have imported some orders, right below costumer there is only “Guest” or “Invited”

    Even though I write customer_id number (I suppose it’s user_id), and the costumer email in the CSV table, it does not link the order to the user.

    So the costumer does not get any email or any access to the digital product.

    Would you help me please?

    I updated to the last version but I still have this issue. Orders are not associated to customers.

    Any idea of how could I fix this?

    Ok I was using the old version of the CSV Sample. Then I used the new version which includes customer_user field and now the orders are associated to the customers. Thank you very much! But there is still one issue. Customers do not have access to the downloadable products. When you open an order in WooCommerce you have this one last field: Downloadable Product Permission. This field is empty when I import orders using this plugin. Is there a way to include this option in the CSV table?

    There is a column named “download_permissions” in CSV. Put the value for this column as 1
