Conflict with Woocommerce booking and followup email

I have the newest version of Woocommerce booking (v1.9.11) and follow-up email (v4.4.16). Every time I activate the followup email plugin the calendar at all products at the front-end disappear. I have tried to disable all plug-ins and that conflict still exists then so it must be between the booking software and follow-up.
Any help would be appreciated
