Please help with new theme

  • It might help you if you looked at my blog, because I may not be able to describe this as well as I would like. It is at https://www.cdubmarketing.com

    I had some issues with how the formatting worked on my earlier theme, so I found the one you see there. I like the way it looks much better, but I am not able to edit parts of it.

    On the sidebar, to the right, there is a block of for 125×125 ad spaces. Below that is a tag cloud.

    The problem is, these things are not widgets that I am able to edit inside my WordPress controls. I would like to place some banner ads in the block, and I would like to make the tag cloud either go away, or move down.

    Any suggestions would be very greatly appreciated.
