Social Icons not showing on Knowledge Graph

    I downloaded the schema plugin solely for the Knowledge Graph functions that allow the social media icons to show up for my clients business but it’s been weeks and the icons are still not showing despite the fetch showing the coding is there and the webmaster tools showing everything is correct. The business is Burdi Clothing in Chicago, the website is https://www.burdiclothing.com. Thanks!

    This is mostly a question to be asked at Google’s Webmaster Central Help Forum.

    Here is something that might help to get Social Profile Links to show in search results, it’s simply following Google guidelines, which I’ve quoted:

    The social profiles in your markup must correspond to what users see on the same page.

    I can see two different instances of markup on the site you’ve mentioned. I would recommend:

    – Remove markup that is not generated by Schema plugin.
    – Make sure the Social Profile Links on the site footer are using the same exact links you placed in the plugin settings.

    ?? Yeah I had added it a few places because doing 1 didnt work. So I added it to the head tag and via 3 different plugins. I eventually settled on just this schema plugin but I was trying to just throw everything plus the kitchen sink to get something to work. But I removed the script from the head tag and now it should just have the schema plugin.

    And yes, all of the social media page links are the same.

    I see! Actually, Google asks to have the markup only once to avoid seat engine confusion.
