Hello, this is your theme that makes disappear the menu, enter the following css code in UWL Panel > Custom CSS:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #header_side_cont { display: block !important; } }

thank you! sort of fixed it – but yes, i think i have to look at the theme because i tried your plugin in another site of mine last night..different theme and it works great! Thank You again!
