• I’m working on developing a new site and I have it installed and running on my local desktop machine (localhost)…

I have installed s2member and at one point I think I may have installed Buddypress but have since uninstalled Buddypress. In any event the site has acquired two links in the upper left hand corner.
I’m pretty sure this is a WordPress bar. When I’m logged in the bar in question shows “Howdy ‘My-username'” on the right hand side & the WP icon on the left hand side. along with several navigational links.. When I’m not logged in there is nothing on the right hand side, and two links “Login” & “Register” on the left hand side.
My problem is that the “Register” link points to the wrong page. I need to know where & how I would edit this link i.e. the href url.

Well it turns out as it often does I found the solution to this question and no longer need any help with this issue.

Nevertheless i offer my thanks to the WordPress support forum for being available to help
