Photo Sizes

I’m having an issue with the sizes of the photos in the Shop, Cart, and in Checkout its an incredibly small thumbnail. I’ve changed the settings in the Paypal Shopping Carts to be much larger (my photos are all 1440 x 810) but it seems to have no effect. Please assist! I’m sure I may be missing something simple but I cannot seem to figure it out. Any help is appreciated!
