How do I make a user between editor and admin

    Hi there,

    I’m wanting to create a user that has nearly all the access of an administrator, but without only a couple of options.

    So editor is currently listed as a user level 7 in adminimize but I’m looking to create a user level of 9 – keeping the administrator 10 access.

    Any ideas?

    The level is not really a point of a role, is a old value of really old WordPress versions. Check the plugin Members. With the help of this plugin you can create new roles with capabilities. You see also the capabilities of each role, so that you can create a custom role. Beware – not each area, object etc. in the wordpress context have a solid capability for the access check.
