    We have checked and cross-checked to be sure our HTACCESS file we’re uploading doesn’t have any syntax issue. We even found a syntax checker on the web to confirm.

    The file gets uploaded and we get a notice the records have been uploaded.

    However, when we check the redirection list, it is empty.

    One note…where it says “Import Into” that drop down in our case is empty and a very short field. Not sure if there is something supposed to be here.

    Hi Everyone,

    Well, as you can imagine…have spending over an hour on this and submitting the support thread…I found another thread to help answer my question.

    This issue was definitely having to do with the “Import To” being empty. Basically, a GROUP was not created. I’ve never had to manually create a group before with this plugin so this was certainly new.

    I came across this when I tried to enter a Redirect manually and got an error for an invalid group.

    The solution came in this thread.

    Once the Group was created, the HTACCESS upload went over smoothly and the “Import To” had the group.

    While this is great to find a solution, considering we’ve been using this plugin for years, I can’t help but wonder why did this GROUP issue come up to begin with.
