• 3 months ago I decided to self host and moved my site over to Siteground hosting. Everything was fine until three days ago out of the blue, I begin getting the following error when I visit my site:

“Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.”

Siteground tell me I have to contact the current registrar to have my name servers. I had no idea who my registrar was and they kindly provided a link, but it seems their support is useless and haven’t heard back yet.

Im not sure why this would just happen out of the blue, does anyone have any idea about other ways I might be able to go about fixing this?

    Thanks.

I am one of SiteGround’s senior tech support supervisors. Can you provide me with your domain name or ticket ID so I can check the case and try to assist you with that?

Thanks Borg. Siteground provided me with that information and I tried contacting them three days ago and still no response.

The confirmation email came from “domainspricedright.com”, so I tried contacting their support also.

I guess they could be reseller of this WWD LLC.

Hope you can have that updated ?? GL
