Maximum Execution time increased to 1500 seconds – still get 5 minute error

I tried the suggestions for “WARNING: Job restarts due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes. WARNING: Job restarts due to inactivity for more than 5 minutes.” However, I hit a problem.

I couldn’t change maximum execution time under settings – all I could change was Maximum script execution time, which was set to 30 seconds, and I changed to 0 (meaning no limit). However, I found the Maximum Execution Time variable in my PHP.ini file and increased it to 1500 seconds. It was set to 300 seconds.

However, I get the same error message:

I’m out of my knowledge now in terms of how to fix this – hopefully you can help.
