Search everything does not show authors

  • Hi,
    I’ve installed your plugin on my website : pithansubstance.com

    The plugin works perfectly. However, the search in the menubar doesn’t seem to show authors although this is set in the plugin settings.

    Can you provide with detailed instructions or codes to make sure the authors appear when searched for?

  • Within the search options, there is a checkbox for “Search every author”.

    You may want to also select “Search custom taxonomies” and “Search every custom field” as some theme templates use them differently.

    The features you mentioned above were all already checked. So, what else could be causing this problem? How can I solve it?
