Can′t access wp-admin after move to another host

    After moving my website to another host I′m getting this message when I try to access wp-admin

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ''' (T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE) in *******/wp-admin/includes/media.php on line 1500

    In the line 1500 of the mpedia php are this:

    <a href='" . wp_nonce_url( "post.php?action=untrash&post=$attachment_id", '

    Please, what can I do to solve this problem?
