Thanks for the head’s up about that email – I read it over and took a look around in the account. I noticed that you have both the MailChimp List Subscribe plugin installed as well as a plugin developed by a third party – MailChimp for WordPress. It looks like MailChimp for WordPress is the form currently on your page. Because that is a third party plugin, their support team would be best equipped to troubleshoot from here. Their support team can be reached here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/mailchimp-for-wp

That being said, if you if you wind up using our MailChimp List Subscribe plugin and run into any issues, please feel free to reply back here and I’ll help out as much as I can. Steps that were taken during installation and testing and a screenshots of any errors are particularly helpful.

Apologies, i missed that. Got it up and running successfully now. Minor thing but is there an easy way to get the subscribe button left aligned to the input form or will i need to go in and change some custom code in the back end?
