Listing links’ categories and listing links within it when clicked

Hi all,

I have multiple categories of links, and I would like dynamically display a list of categories, rendered as links on a page. When the user clicks on a category link, he will be brought to a page with links from that category only.

I have checked through the plugins available but I have not found any suitable scripts. Have anyone attempted this before?
