Not working on mobile android

I am using the function within the single post as described in the [instructions here](https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/dw-reactions/installation/).
However, on my android device it lets me give unlimited thumbs ups on each post. It works fine on the desktop version, but when using android any person can click the thumbs up button as many times as they want. I haven’t been able to test on an iphone yet to see if the results are the same.

I personally gave 35 of the thumbs ups within about 30 seconds on my samsung galaxy s4.
