MooTools conflict

Hi I use Rocktheme templates to build my wordpress websites and there seems to be a conflict with their plugins and the yoast seo plugin, which causes the yoast plugin to not work properly. I have contacted rockettheme and received the following message:

“we’re using a core Javascript Libary ~ MooTools ~ and their plugin is in conflict with it… it’s nothing custom we’ve built or done or can even modify, it’s a standardized open-source library”

I need the rocketheme plugins activated, they are key to the functioning of my websites and I would also really like to use the yoast plugin, but I can’t even consider an upgrade at the moment.

Is there a fix for this that anybody can help me with?
