Category doesn’t show all product

  • Hi,
    I’ve a problem with the woocommerce plugin.
    If you go in my shop page https://www.hertzebyte.it/negozio/ you can see all product that I’ve inserted and this is okay.
    But if you click on “notebook” (and open the notebook category) you can see only a notebook though there are four notebook.
    In admin panel -> Products -> Categories each category has the corrent count, for example notebook has four product.
    Is it a problem releted to template?
    At the beginning I’ve created the site on a sub directory (hertzebyte.it/new), but I think that I’ve corrected all links.

  • Deactivate other plugins to be able to rule them out.

    Have a look at Admin page > WooCommerce > System Status: Template overrides. Do you have theme overrides for WooCommerce pages? Does your site work with the default theme? If you can narrow down the problem to your theme, then for commercial themes its best to contact the vendor’s support service.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.
    I’ve tried with Woocommerce 2.4.7 and 2.5.0, same problem.
    I’ve this problem also with default theme, then it is not releted to my theme.

    Did you deactivate other plugins and test to be able to rule them out?

    I can not deactivate LayerSlider! It is included in the theme, I do not bought it.
    When I click on “deactive”, it does not work and it re-actives itself…
    I’ve tried to disable other plugin, one by one, but the problem persists.

    I should have deactivated all plugins, except WooCommerce and LayerSlider, and switch to the default theme, all at the same time, then test.

    I would have the latest versions of your WordPress, WooCommerce and your theme all in use.

    Did you reset permalinks. Go to Admin page > Settings > Permalinks, and click “Save Changes” twice.

    At Admin page > Products > Categories > Notebooks (Edit), is “Display type” set to “Standard”.

    At Admin page > WooCommerce > Settings > Display tab > Products sub-page, is “Default Category Display” set to “Show Products”.

    At Admin page > Settings > reading, make sure “Blog posts show at most” is more than 1. 10 is the default.

    You could try your theme support service, even though the problem does not look like your theme.

    Sorry, no further ideas.
