Smooth Scroll Bug.

  • Whenever, i turn on the Smooth scroll feature from the Customizations..

    After turning it on, im not able to scroll down my site via mouse…

  • Hi haxer. I’m not experiencing any problems with smooth scrolling. Tried it with the mouse wheel and the scrollbar in Chrome, Edge and FF.

    dude. but i’ve this problem.. what should i do. i also disabled some of the plugins .. but still not working :|..

    any way ?

    Not sure what to tell you. It isn’t a problem with the theme. Maybe try a different mouse? Disable your browser extensions?

    I tried different browsers…

    and also my mouse works perfectly with all other websites and also in my website.. until i turn on the smooth scrolling..

    No problems here, check your browser for JavaScript errors. Perhaps your theme is outdated, you can also disable plugins one by one to see if it’s a compatibility issue.

    Could you share your website so I can check it out?
