No replies to commands

The post sending works as well… only the commands are not working… ??

please check your token and plugin api key in your website and wptele.ga.

I don’t see traffic coming to wptele.ga and you can sending messages because this process is direct between your website and Telegram and doesn’t need the “SSL bypass”.

Also, try to re-save your plugin settings (check that you have selected wptele.ga).
If this doesn’t work, check the Telegram log after saving the previous settings: you should see a “webhook updated” entry with a link.

Try navigating that link with your browser (via copy/paste) and it should tell you if there are problems.

I double-checked the plugin and the wptele.ga settings, but everything looks good.

I tried to re-save my settings and I can see in log the “updated webhook” message…

If I navigate the link i can see the following result:

{"ok":true,"result":true,"description":"Webhook is already set"}

but still no replies from the bot (not even to the /start or the /stop command)…

The only setting I didn’t fulfilled is “Keyboard model for private conversations”… is it required?

Additional informations:

if I set a custom keyboard in settings (ex. 1,2,3;4,5,6;Text) even the send message functionality fails with the following message:

Error: incorrect parameters due to: HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request @bballmagazine test Markdown {"keyboard":[["1","2","3"],["4","5","6"],["Text"]],"resize_keyboard":true,"one_time_keyboard":false}

my subscribers and groups list are always empty, even if I start a new conversation with the bot…

I’ve deleted server cache for your account. Please retry.

If this persists, try deactivating other plugins and switch to the default theme.

If this doesn’t help to find the problem, please consider using a SSL certificate (Cloudflare’s free plan is compatible) or send me a private email so that i can check what’s happening on your website.
