Print stop working

  • Hello,
    I’m using it for several months on a client website. It was working fine but last week I received a client complaint saying it is not working anymore.
    When I click the pdf icon I get a bunch of strange characters like:

    I changed default php7 to php5.5 and the pdf file is generated but it is empty…

    I already also tried to unplug all other plugins and check with pages (this is a custom post type) but no luck.

    I would like to ask if someone has this issue or is it just me? ??
