PRO Version not worth the money

  • Too damn complicated to change simple colors on buttons for text and background. None of the solutions I read in the premium support forums worked.

    I saw the support thread you opened here on www.ads-software.com and replied to you there, but wanted to touch base with you here as well since you’re leaving a review.

    I am definitely sorry and disappointed to hear that Events Calendar PRO did not live up to your expectations. While we’re very proud of the product and believe that it offers a bunch of options for customizing The Events Calendar’s default styles, it’s clear it hasn’t been a good fit for you and that’s unfortunate for sure.

    I do want to note that both the support and review forums here on www.ads-software.com or specifically for The Events Calendar. We would love to take support and feedback here for Events Calendar PRO but that conflicts with the WordPress forum guidelines since Events Calendar PRO is not available in the www.ads-software.com plugin directory.

    Please do open a support thread there if you have not already. We love to help and would be happy to take a look at your site and provide any help we can for adjusting the calendar colors. You’ve noted that the tutorials in our Knowledgebase have not seemed to do the trick for you and we would be happy to look over those with you as well to ensure you get the most out of them while applying them to your specific needs.

    Also, if you have other ideas for what would make the calendar’s styles easier to adjust and customize, we would love to hear them and have a feature request forum specifically for those ideas. Anything above and beyond what we already provide would be welcome and we’d encourage you to post those ideas.

    Again, if you have seen other examples where plugins have made customizations easier, please do post them in our feature request forum and we’d love to review it for consideration.
