Plugins No version info could be found error

Same here since today. Only change i made yesterday was updating the Plugin “WooCommerce PDF Invoice”

Seeing the same error. Also using Woocommerce.

Same here. I also use WooCommerce PDF Invoice, so this update could be the reason?

Our site is not using PDF invoice.

the plugins that have version error:
No version info could be found for PayPal Pro
No version info could be found for Shipwire
No version info could be found for URL Coupons

Edit: staging site, that has not been touched for a week, also has the same issue.

Edit2: I think issue might be on the woocommerce.com side of things and not with our sites. All the plugins that have version problem are bought or dependant on woocommerce.com. My guess is their system is not giving out verson info for some reason and there isnt anything we can do currently.

edit3: It seems to be problem with woocommerce helper plugin or woocommerce.com site. Seeing it accross different servers/installs same error for woocommerce.com paid plugins.

Woocommerce.com support has notice “We won’t be available to respond to support requests during this time, but we look forward to helping you when we return on September 22, 2016.”

I’m experiencing this issue too. I’m using Woocommerce but not WooCommerce PDF Invoice. I haven’t made any plugin changes for quite a while but this issue has only just started.

Cause: Woocommerce Helper

For me it causes also “Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$slug in wp-admin/includes/class-wp-plugin-install-list-table.php on line 52”

(for cleaning that one I am removing all Transient from DB)

Not sure why I also get the child theme modification notice; I am using a child theme.

Same issue here. I’m assuming it’s a problem with the WooCommerce site. All the products mentioned are theirs.

Just figured out that it can’t find my WooCommerce related tables either.

Yes here too. I opened a ticket with woothemes, even if it just makes them aware.

Hey, Everyone! Disabling Woocommerce Helper fixes it for now until they can fix it.
