• Hi Joe,

    thanks for the wonderful plugin!
Maybe it’s a bug, maybe I’m not too smart but I have a stupid problem with many tickets’s links when the emails are sent in plain text (no html). In my email client (on pc), everything is fine, while in reading the same email from a portable device (like a common cellular phone) the link is not correct and “tied” to the ticket number. For instance:

    Correct links:
    01 ticket_link
    02 ticket_link
    03 ticket_link

    Actual links (in cell phone):
    01 ticket_link02
    ticket_link03
    ticket_link

So, only the last link points correctly to the ticket. I thought it was a cellular phone’s email reader problem but it always happens (no problems when email is set to html).
Sorry to bother you with such a silly thing and thanks again for this plugin.

It looks like a difference in how your phone email client handles text email messages, specifically in interpreting line break. Is there a reason you don’t want to use HTML notifications?
