php error in hours file

The latest update throws a php error located in the opening hours php file that breaks the whole site.
I can delete all of the code in the hours file and the site works again. But Id like the hours to work.

heres the error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /html/wp-content/plugins/wp-structuring-markup/includes/wp-structuring-opening-hours.php on line 136

I’m using this on many sites with Divi theme. It’s happening on all of them.
