[Plugin: HTML5 jQuery Audio Player] Latest Version 1.4 doesn't work on IE7, IE8,IE9 (using Word

Hi Mark…. it works fine for me, and for over 4000 other users of the plugin on these browsers… I’ve got to assume this problem is isolated to your computer. I’ve checked your site link and it works fine for me on all IE versions and other browsers.

Common causes of things like this on a partuclar machine include virus software, version (or lack of) Sun Java on the computer, or various other issues so run through the standard list to try to identify the error.

Droidex, I haven’t been able to get the player to work since my last post.

Enigma, it is an awesome player. But it really doesn’t work on the IE browsers as I’ve mentioned above.

If you change line 420 of index.php to remove the ending comma, it actually displays in IE7. Still trying to find why the player isn’t setting up in IE7 and IE8.

i have same problem, I installed the latest version of HTML5 Jquery Audio Player 1.4, however not working on IE7, IE8, IE9.

The player controls show up, but the title and album cover do not. Also when play is pressed, music doesnt play.

Hi guys, I assure you the player has been fully tested and works in all browsers including IE 7, 8, 9… if it’s not working for you then it is something specific to your site. You need to run through all the normal steps to isolate and resolve the error with your site. Also please check the FAQs because there are several tips in there that may help your issues.

It does not work on IE. The non wordpress version WORKS.

The WordPress Plugin DOES NOT.

I am VERY new to all this.. but I was hoping someone here could help me.
I need to make a website to sell instrumentals on, so I obviously need an audio player with a buy option. It seems that making a website through wordpress is the main option for me, but I can’t find a plug-in to help me sell music. Can someone please help me?

I have checked your link https://www.willmarshmusic.com/music/ and the player seems to be working completely fine in IE for me. You also said in an earlier post that the demo site https://www.galaxybrass.com.au/audio-demo/ wasn’t working in IE for you…. but again it is most definitely working for me and other users. Can you explain exactly what problem you are experiencing? Maybe take some screenshots? I’d like to try to help you work out what the problem is so you can see that it is working.

Okay thank you. One more thing, I bought the pro version so is there a tutorial on how to use it? I don’t know the next step. I’m very new to all of this so I’m not sure how to integrate the pro version of the program into WordPress.
