Blank Page Displaying

I was trying for instant article from wordpress plugin, i setup all the requirements but some issues arises in my facebook app created for app id and secret code so i deleted the app and create a new one. when i try to edit the detail in wordpress instant article plugin i got the blank page. the screenshot is attached below. How to resolve the problem?
