How to add cities

Hi, this is available in the Installation section
Do you have any specific questions about it?

I was able to add cities.
The city list is not updating after state is changed, needs to reload the page. PLease help me figure out

Is your site online so I can take a look?

My site is not online. But it was happening because i had disabled the country field. On enabling country field it is showing properly.
