i guess, the question i have has been answered times ago, but i did′nt find it, so i have to create this question:

This is my German page: https://rostocker.taxi
This is my German blog page is https://rostocker.taxi/tagebuch

This is my English translation: https://rostocker.taxi/en

Now my Question: How can i translate my blogpage (German: https://rostocker.taxi/tagebuch)into English (like: https://rostocker.taxi/en/diary)? How can i tell my blog/polylang, which page as english blog page shall be used?

Can anyone help?
