I’ll need to test Visual Attributes together with the Sift Science plugin to figure out where they are tripping each other up. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find a readily available copy of Visual Attributes.

Could you find a way to share your version of the plugin with me? I believe it’s legal to do so, but you might want to double check the license agreement that should be included with your plugin.

Am I understanding correctly that it’s those color swatches that are disappearing in your case?

It was, but now it seems to be having problems setting headers because of my theme, Weaver Xtreme.

This error is on the settings page: API settings are broken.

And this is the error that shows on the top of the page:

Woops! I know exactly what recent change I made that would cause this.

Alright. I just pushed out a new version that should fix the session_start() issue. I wasn’t able to reproduce the error on my setup, so the fix is based off of a hunch. Please let me know if it works ??

The errors on the top of the page are gone, the swatches are visible, and it’s tracking data! Yay!

I did notice this error on the backend settings tab that I thought you might be interested in seeing (screenshot on GitHub).

“Error: SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input”

SiftScience says the integration looks good to them, and it’s tracking data, but I just noticed this little thing at the top of my admin screen: “SiftScience configuration is invalid. Click here to update.”

Can you try going to the siftscience settings and re-save the settings there (and make sure the API keys are correct)?

Hi Linda, version 0.4.0 has better error reporting. Can you try it out and let me know what it stays now in the place of “unexpected end of json input”?
