Center WP on the Screen

Hi forum world! Ok, I know this has to be easy, but we are trying to make the entire WP in the center of the screen. You can see it is off to the left here:

We have searched on this forum for help and read these threads:

https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/191836Both make sense but they are not descriptive enough to tell us where to add these lines and on one thread it said to edit a line in the CSS but didn’t say WHERE, the other said index.php but wasn’t descriptive enough as to where again.
Can anyone pretty please tell us what is the best and easiest way to do this?
