    The upgrade today caused the site to go white. I had to rename the folder for wptouch to deactivate then I uploaded the 4.2.6 that I had upgraded from.
    It didn’t display any errors – just went straight to the white screen after update.

    I read some of the other recent support posts and w3cache was mentioned a lot but we do not have that plugin on the site.
