Section problem

    I have a complex form built over a year ago that I am trying to make changes.

    Symptom:
    1. Section>Field Options displays a grayed out Field Type.
    2. Trying to add a new Section does nothing.
    3. All sub-fields in a section do not display Field Options

    I have already tried deactivating plugins which did not help. WordPress, theme, and plugins are the latest releases.

    Please advise how I can help resolve this issue.
