Hide selected comments to non reg users

I have searched a few times but have never found anything about this.

I have used Hidepost plugin to hide sections of my content to non registered users.

A kind commenter made a observation though that any comments relating to the hidden content would be also shown to the world. This would almost defeat the purpose of hiding it in the 1st place.

My question is this. Can I hide certain comments to only be viewed by registered users while others that are save are free to everyone to read.
