    This got posted to the wrong support forum originally.
    Apologies in advance if this is covered somewhere else and I just can’t find it be searching.

    I have followed all your troubleshooting tips and verified that the WR-Elite theme is causing the Google Maps to not display on the appropriate pages on the desktop. The 2016 theme works great on the desktop, and Jetpack’s mobile theme displays the maps without any changes. Therefore my API key is working fine.

    WooRockets no longer supports the theme and all their links are dead for this theme. Unfortunately I am a first time WP developer and I’m committed to this theme for 2016-2017. I don’t know PHP. However, I’m very confident the conflict is with the theme and not between two plug-ins. The theme is funky.

    I need suggestions on where/how to look for the problem. Chrome tools are helpful but without an understanding of what might be impeding the presentation of the Google Map I’m at a loss where to look.

    All help is appreciated.

    One more thing to add…

    I have Child Theme Configurator installed and used it to create the child theme. I am comfortable adding pre-written PHP code to the child theme functions.php file or modifying other files either through the WP GUI or with outside text editors.

    I just don’t know how to troubleshoot this to find the root cause. Then, what exactly should be done to resolve the root cause.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi @actonmike & @sipo!

    @sipo I need you to open a separate thread for your install, as no two configurations are exactly alike. ??

    @actonmike,

    I soooo appreciate you taking all of the troubleshooting steps and doing your homework on this one. However, we aren’t able to provide things like theme customizations on our .org support. I checked for a simple CSS fix, but this seems to go deeper than that unfortunately. ??

    We do provide more in-depth support for our premium plugins, so that may be an option if those offer features that would be helpful to you, or you can hire a WordPress developer on a site called Codeable, that may be able to help you out.

    I’m so sorry I couldn’t get you a solution tonight, but hopefully this reply was helpful in some way.

    Hope you get your site running smoothly soon!

    My problem is solved, I have to search for the location on google maps, and copy paste the address to the plugin, different formating makes it unable to show map.
