We have recently launched new features into our various modules and are providing technical support free of charge.
To enable us to investigate your issue further we will need some additional details:
-Your Transdirect Account Email and Password;
– Your website Admin URL;
– Your website admin username and password;
– Your FTP/CPanel Login / Password;
Please take note that any shared credentials are secure with us.
Once we have received those details, we will be able to troubleshoot this further and we aim at providing a response within 1 business day.
Our current set of features, covers the vast majority of required scenarios to enable a business to offer an outstanding e-commerce shipping solution but we are not able to make any changes or customizations specific to your business, as part of our free technical support.
