positioning on page

Hello: I think I’ve tested almost all related posts plugins and everyone is missing something. This one seems like the closest thing to ideal,but it is still missing some options, at least for me. So please,take a look at my page here. What I need is to have the same configuration like related posts plugin built in theme. At the bottom there is default plugin

1. How to put related posts at the bottom? I ve tried with display location priority ad 9999, but nothing is changed.

2. How to get desceiption below thumb?
