I’ve been using this plugin for a few months and everything has been working great. Sometime between September 27 and 29, the plugin stopped working (I think).

I can see in my email log that the emails are being sent, but they don’t arrive in anybody’s inbox. I followed all of the steps on the “How Can I Receive the Best Support?” page.

I’m using the newest version of the plugin. Nothing that I know of changed between when I know it worked (27th) and when I know it didn’t (29th). No updates to anything (server, WP, plugins, etc) happened.

Not hopeful that I’ll get help here, but figured I had to start somewhere.

    Hi @justinsnow,
    Thanks for your message.

If the notifications are being sent out but not received then it’s most likely a change in your hosting. If you’re on shared hosting, it’s highly unlikely that they’d tell you of minor changes such as ones to how they handle wp_mail(), which I suspect is the issue.

I would recommend installing an SMTP plugin and re-testing a few notifications to see if they work. If not, I’d then recommend speaking with your host or trying a different one to see if this solves the problem.

Let me know how you get on.

    Thanks,
    Jack

Thanks, Jack. After looking into it some more, it appears the email is just getting bounced back as spam. Definitely not a problem with this plugin.

    Ah, ok.

Glad you found out what was going on.
If you like the plugin and the support, please feel free to leave an honest review.

    Thanks,
