    Plugin Version 1.5.3 has been installed but will not create a form. Error 524 is displayed after a long delay.

    We released a major update to the plugin last week. This updated v2.0 contains the following:
    * Major usability improvements.
    * Security updates including transition from using API key to OAuth, captcha forms.
    * Performance improvements, and bug fixes.
