Change password

Hi, can you please advise..

I am trying to update to the latest version of mystile but cannot seem to login to woocommerce? It recognises my username but not my password. When I try to change the password, it informs me I have been sent an email to reset my password. No emails coming through and have checked my spam/junk.

Any assistance is much appreciated
