3 or 4 Column Layout

Is is possible to create a form similar to this?
1st Column= Labels (must be right aligned mine are currently left aligned)
As in this html example

I have already created the Form with all Options as Radio buttons.
Issue with RIGHT Align of the Labels (did go into STYLES and have this under FIELD LABELS:
text-align: left; font-weight: bold;
but it is NOT working
