• Hi,

I am using WordPress with GoDaddy as my host on a Windows Server using Plesk as my dashboard. I am running the latest version of WordPress and installed the latest version of your plugin.

The install works fine. After activating the plugin when I navigate to anywhere else on the site I get “500 Internal Server Error”. The only way to get back in is to rename the plugin directory so the plugin gets deactivated.

I tried this on a fresh install of WordPress on a subdomain with both the default Twenty Sixteen theme and copied over the Quark theme that I am using on my site where I first discovered this issue. On the test domain I have no additional plugins installed/activated.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Devin

Has nobody else had this issue? I am now running the latest version of WordPress (4.7.1) but have been hesitant to try this plugin again.

    Hi,

I’m having the same issue with this plugin. Did you ever work out a fix? It seems to install fine, then as soon as I activate it I get: The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

thanks for the tip about renaming the folder – am a relative newbie to WordPress (more of a Moodler) so was panicking for a moment there!

    cheers
    Isabel

    Hi iashburner,

I’m glad my tip helped you! Unfortunately, I have not been able to come up with a solution and as you can see the developer of the plugin hasn’t responded either. I have tried multiple plugins and haven’t gotten any to work as I would like (if at all). This one was the best I could find… until it broke for me and so I’ve been w/o a portfolio ever since.

I take it if there have been any updates to the plugin and with the updates to WordPress it still doesn’t work.

    Devin
