Serve resources from a consistent URL

    I get the error above when using WP Fastest Cache with MaxCDN. MaxCDN support says that:
    “It seems that WP Fastest Cache cannot rewrite all URLs to point to the CDN URL, which is why you get the error in question”
    “…Unfortunately, WP Fastest Cache is not able to force URL rewriting on the web site like W3TC can”
    Was planning to pay for the Premium version when it comes out.
    Any advice?
