• Hi Brad

I am still having issues with positioning subjects withing thumbnails. You share a fix some time back. After that I updated my Foo plugin and the problem is back. You might recall you offered some great support by calling me in Cape Town to hear more.

Please advise further because I have had to revert back to NextGen for some of my galleries. :-/

    Many thanks

Hi Stephen, do you still have this issue with the image cropping?

    Morning Brad

Yes, I am. You supplied a fix which worked. An update then came out and I think that then reverted me back to it not working.

    Thanks

    Hi Brad

The problem is sorted except that the thumbnail view does not show the actual placement – so the live view is all good, however, when viewing the gallery in admin the thumbnails don’t show the placement correctly. Can this be fixed?

    Thanks

please can you explain exactly what you mean by “thumbnail view does not show the actual placement” and “thumbnails don’t show the placement correctly”

Do you mean the order of the thumbs? I am not sure what you mean by “placement”

    Thanks for the reply Brad.

I wish I could include a screen grab to explain. ??

When I am in admin and editing the layout of the gallery I see all the thumbnails in my gallery. In this view the thumbnails look as if the person’s head is still cut off even after I have clicked on the “i” and changed the position. On the live site it is working perfectly.

    Makes sense?

    Thanks

    Stephen
